Got it on sale and man what a scope By

Good glass on this scope. I have the BDC and using it on a Ruger American 6.5 creedmoor. Mostly shoot out to 300 on paper and steel out to 500. If I needed to go out further, I would probably move up to a 24 power.
Super solid scope that stays on zero. Durable as well because I dropped it last week and still on zero. Ha!
Good choice for 6.5 and the money I saved vs the quality I got...

I tested the scope on various distances from 100 out to 300 meters, and in August I wanna give a look out to 500 meters (and more) shooting on iron gongs.

Anyway, I used this interesting Meopta in different light conditions and temperature (the temperature outside and the heat haze or mirage), and I got to say that I’ve never had problems to focus clearly on the target in all cases whichever magnification I was using, even the maximum that is 18x. This Saturday morning I was shooting under the rain out to 200 meters (see the target attached, my last 4 shots with 69 grains Sierra reloaded ammo), and I could clearly see the target, the image is always crispy, bright and sharp. The reticle (Meopta Mil-Dot) is absolutely fantastic, even compared to other Mil-Dot reticles I saw, cause is not so large and it does not cover the center of any target. Absolutely awesome the precise parallax adjustment, and the precise clicks of the turrets that the shooter can ear clearly even on fingers and in the worst shooting conditions (a lot of people shooting around ).
The impression is that this Meopta Meopro 6-18x50 is solid, essential, easy to use and with a nice shape/look. It’s really very light if compared to other similar scopes on the market, being perfect for little rifles such has most of the .222 or .223 Remington made by CZ for example, and I’m sure that could be a very good choice for those who are going to hunt with Meopta, having some more magnification than the usual 8x or 12x.

Of course, someone could say that 18x are not enough for long range shooting, on the contrary I think that are better less magnification but much better lenses quality. And with this Meopta you can really see the quality for a really interesting price, i.e. a very good value for money.

Would I buy it again ? Yes, no doubts, I love it. Would I suggest it to someone ? Yes, absolutely !. Do not buy a Chinese scope for your rifle, buy a Meopta if you want to save money without sacrificing exceptional quality.

Ciao !
