These binoculars are amazing. The sharpness is stunning. The resolution is surprising.
I came from Vanguard ed4 8x42's and I felt they were good but these Meoptas are many many steps above the Vanguards.
The Air HD's have a long depth of field, with slow focussing, but you know exactly when you're in focus...it's tack-sharp!
In my opinion the build quality and optical performance has me satisfied that I won't get any further benefit from spending more money on the 'Big 3'. These are some of the fineest European optical instruments.
